Below is an outline of what to expect over the 3 days in Budapest this September. We have worked hard to incorporate feedback from previous editions to ensure that you get the right mix of presentations on the current state and future of the product suite, as well as opportunities to talk and discuss with members of the AvioBook team and the community.

Tuesday, 24th September 2024

On the evening of the 24/09/2023, AvioBook will be hosting a welcome reception in the Corinthia hotel where you can pick up your welcome pack, badges and get to meet the members of the AvioBook team and the rest of the community in an informal setting.

No better way to kick of the week's festivities!

Wednesday, 25th September 2024

The first day of the conference starts at 09:00 and goes through to 17:00.

  • Creating a fully integrated ecosystem of solutions

  • Empowering cabin crew through digital solutions: AvioBook Cabin and Cabin Passengers

  • Meeting airline communication challenges: AvioBook Connect

  • Utilising aircraft data for airline operations: AvioCast

  • Meeting regulatory requirements: Flight Tracking and AvioBook Base

  • Improving situational awareness: AvioBook Globe

Throughout the day, members from the community will share their experiences using the software suite and how they envision the future of digital flight operations.

Each coffee and lunch break will be accompanied by the AvioBook Marketplace, bringing together AvioBook representatives and members of the community to share thoughts, ideas and experiences.

This will be followed by an evening out in Budapest.

Thursday, 26th September 2024

The second day kicks off at 09:30 with something new, what we are calling 'deep dives'. Building on feedback from you, we have planned short, in-depth demonstrations and discussions of individual products in small groups. Each deep dive lasts 30 minutes and is repeated 3 times over the course of the morning, so you and your fellow attendees can see all the products that interest you. They include:

  • Cabin

  • Globe

  • Connect

  • Flight Tracking

  • AvioCast

The afternoon will include a discussion about the challenges of international aviation, customer experiences and our usual tease of what you can expect from AvioBook in the coming months.

The session should close around 15:30 and marks the end of User Days 2024.
